bmw 335d is the winner, although sided because he roamed to be first and not let in a bad place at all, greetings.

Aha but a 335d has a sequential turbo and if you remap this car it will go to 350bhp and torque would be close to 600lbs/ft, 0-60 times would be in the region of 4.9 secs and take off the limiter and top speed gets close to 190 mph, its a beast when tuned and a match for most things on the roads.

@murphyloi Still it's a diesel, why on earth would anyone drive a diesel if they are not concerned about economy figures? It's proven diesels are more efficient, and more economical, when compared to their petrol equivalents, not to mention the engine will last many more miles, seriously, I'm past arguing that point!! The bit I half-agree with you is the 335i part, cause it's a petrol, but I would think the real rival is the M3, since it's an S4 we are talking about here!

@DGout As you can see, the S4 driver doesnt go full throttle.. The 335D doesnt have a chance against S4 B8.

@450yamaha slipstream exists. Furthermore it's effect is much higher on cars with bodywork rather than open wheeler class. At that distance and at high speeds the slipstream effect should be felt.

@EdwardSinclair :) you're like: yes it lost but it has better fuel economy.. i doubt the beemer would be far more economical at 200 kph+ speeds than the audi,even if the point of the video was to race ,not average consumption..performace is not close,the rival for the S4 would be the 335i..

@caseyryeback1913 Also a valid point, but still the fact remains that it will net better mpg than an S4 which is what it is being compared to here... |
