@HybridEnergy BMW N54 engine and Audi 3.0TFSI can be tuned to 400+ hp just by a software flash and exhaust.The new N55 engine doesn't have much potential because of the single-turbo setup, aka "can't be tuned".N55 only has a single turbo because they need to differentiate the coming new M3 which will only have 6 cylinders.

@kevinmsft Non sense. every engine can be tuned. Specially if it comes with a turbo. I had no idea though that they are changing the engine on it, what a bummer cause that twin turbo 6cyl packs a punch.

@HybridEnergy No longer possible, the new N55 single-turbo engine can't be tuned anymore, buy 335i before 2011MY.

I would go with the 335i simply for the Vishnu mod. 100hp for like 800 bucks.
