@TheForza1000 I had an Golf MK2 TD 80 Hp it was a very reliable car and it ran for 20 yearsbut the golf mark 3 wasn't made that quality anymore.and yes the 156 is very reliable, they are still running well everywere

@215alessio ; Thanks for the advice, i am not a Renault fan but they are a lot of vehicle for little money and touch wood i've had 2 years problem free so far (it is serviced with very good oil etc), It just grates a bit when people harp on about VW etc, well i've owned a few Golfs and Audi's and to my suprise my Alfa's have been as reliable and cheaper to own, prettier too.

@TheForza1000 you have an 156 sportwagon don't swap it for a 159. the 156 is more reliable.The 159 had many meccanical as well as electrical disfunctionsthat's why they don't make them anymorethe 1.5 dci of renault wears faster than other engines and after 200 000 km it will stop to be reliable.

@215alessio ; Have a 12 year old Alfa sportwagon in met red and looks like a 2 year old car, it is rust free and regularly recieves positive comments wherever it goes, all electric are fully working so very reliable and will be replace with a 159 SW soon.Renaults only problem is electrics, but i chose a 15dci with windup windows and no aircon so no problems so far in 2 years,Alfa are part of Fiat group along with Ferrari, Lancia,Maserati all very desirable to me and beautiful too. |
