Have no idea why would anyone want to buy a car you don't actualy own... It probably would be easier to get a few years old F1 car, faster on a track, looking better and you could actualy take it home. Or a real reacer, maybe old Merc CLK GTR or something. Ferrari is not making any sense with the XX models imho.

@Rswpotenza I never said that several thousand HP can _all_ be used at a low speed. That would exceed the traction envelope of any tire. However several thousand HP can be used simply by gaining a high enough speed first. At some point the air resistance will stop further acceleration, the only difference between 900 HP and 9000 HP is that the point where that limit is, is much higher up with the latter power figure than the former. So, 9000 HP would be useful at e.g. 300 MPH, not 30 MPH.

@getpagesize Traction power limits... those limits that make any car impossible to be driven... you just cant be more far from the reality but I respect your opinion and when talking about "regulation" you`re talking about limitations also the true secret here is to make fast and powerful engines with smaller budgets and simpler engines and turbo isnt the way nowadays... and I got a 900kgs. little rocket with 280hp and practicly no brakes lmao... so dangerous is my second name ;-) |
