@JoshMufc101 I think both shows have their own positives. Top gear is more entertaining and fifth gear is more informative. The best thing to do is watch both shows to see their opinions on a car and if both make similar conclusions then you know whether to buy it or not

@sij747 yeah but top gear was like 5th gear back then. it's only since 2003 that it's become more about entertainment than cars.

@JoshMufc101 no, top gear has been around since the late 1970's - several years before fifth gear. but top gear was rebranded in about 2003, which was after fifth gear entered the mainstream

@fenderstrat71 lol your american so i'll let you off, 5th gear was on before top gear. 5th gear is more about the car, top gear enterainment, i like top gear more but both are good. |
