it has the most advanced 4x4 system from NIssan Xtrail:) It's called 'All Mode' and has a choice of three states: front-wheel drive, auto and lock, with the electronic coupling distributing the required torque to the front and rear axles in accordance with the drivers selection. The system is activated and controlled electronically rather than mechanically, for quicker operation, and does much to reduce the complexity, weight and size of a normal all-wheel drive system.
