@Digikid2007 TAKEN FROM WIKAPEDIA.......SO GET YOUR FACTS RITE , BOFORE SPOUTING OFF.. Mr. Bean's car, a British Leyland Mini 1000, has developed a character of sorts. At first, an orange 1969 BMC Mini MK II (registration RNT 996H) was Mr. Bean's vehicle, but this was destroyed in an off-screen crash at the end of the first episode. From then on, the car was a 1977 model (registration SLW 287R), 'Applejack' green with a matt black bonnet. It made its first appearance in "The Curse of Mr. Bean".

@Digikid2007 From the crash on, Mr. Bean’s Mini was a 1977 model in lime/yellow color, black bonnet, and a pad-lock which is a innovative security measures. Mr. Bean seldom remove the car key but he always removed the steering wheel which formed a running joke in the series. The Mini were registered with the number SLW 287R, ACW 497V and C607 EUV in several series.

@Digikid2007 TAKEN FROM THE BEAN WEBSITE , DUMBASS....Mr. Bean’s Mini is a late 1970s MKIV British Leyland Mini that comes with 1000cc engine. An orange 1969 Morris Mini MKII with the registration number RNT 996H being used in the movie during the very first episode Mr. Bean. Some record shows this car body was actually from a MK I that manufactured at 1963 or 1964 |
