Longterm MINI Cooper Review - Kelley Blue Book's Review

<

FOR MORE CAR VIDEOS & REVIEWS CHECK OUT http://www.kbb.com/kbb/NewsAnd... Cooper. At the halfway point in our scheduled year with the MINI, we've clocked nearly 6,500 miles on the sporty red hatchback, including three roundtrips from Southern California to Las Vegas. Our MINI has yet to get up close and personal with a service bay of any sort, and other than a mysterious dash light that appeared suddenly at 4,500 miles and vanished almost as quickly, we've had nothing to trouble our minds. In fact, the only wear and tear to mention is a loose battery cover on the key fob. As long as we can continue to unlock and start it, we're looking forward to another six months of happy MINI motoring. For more new car reviews, interviews and automotive news visit kbb.com today.

@ibreuer Style and driving ability are two completely different entities. Style refers to something which is visually appealing and culturally appropriate. Driving ability refers to a human being's competence behind the wheel, defined by how well they can control the car in unusual, dangerous or racing scenarios. This car is extremely stylish, as evidence by its overwhelming success in the US. That moron who hit your Cutlass does nothing to change Mini's image; he's just an incompetent fool.

@pdhatfield I must be the only person on Earth that doesn't want a Mini hardtop with a sunroof o___O

@lwhyzwestwood I think you'll be fine inside lol... or, just in case, you better try a test drive out.

I bought mine a month ago and I love it. Mine is a blue Cooper with a white top. not the S model. It's a great car with lots of personality. Going to get the white stripes for Father's day! The mile is awesome! If you are thinking about getting one there are 2 options not to be left off:The sunroof (best in any car I've ever had)Harmon Kardon audio upgrade. (Best stock stereo I've ever had and better than most aftermarket ones too)

This car has no style at all. I don't like the Mini Cooper ever since a drunk, speeding driver from England almost hit me head on with one of these ugly vehicles and totaled my Oldsmobile Cutlass Cruiser SL. The Mini driver lost control of his vehicle, complained about a steering problem, but luckily was unhurt after he ran down an embankment and turned over. I want my Oldsmobile Cutlass Cruiser SL back. If you want style, get a Ford F-150.

@PJacko1985 yeah, an Alpha is the car you would get to do "The English Job"!
